Computer Network Engineer needed to service clients and support in-house network infrastructure.   A minimum of 3 years experience in supporting Windows-based servers and network infrastructure is required.  Must have MCSE 2000 Certification.  CCNA certifcation preferred. Vendor certifications (HP, IBM, Dell) are a plus.

Responsibilities / Activities

-Will support sales staff in evaluating client needs and proposing solutions.

-Will plan, implement, support, and document client solutions.

-Will plan, implement, support, and document solutions for in-house networks.

-Will implement disaster recovery strategy including local and remote backups.

-Will install and configure hardware, server software, and applications software.

-Will install network cables, routers, firewalls, etc.

-Will work with your counterpart to establish and support communications between the New Orleans and Houston offices.
